The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. "A clean, safe and professional run hotel, friendly caring staff, even the room cleaners so happy and nice to you, nothing was too much trouble, great location 20 minutes walk in to the Old Town and 5 minutes to cross over the road to the bay itself , would stay here again for sure "
"The Fairmont is a centrepiece of Baku. The hotel staff are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and pleasantly decorated. The reception is welcoming.
We were met by Survan who was exceptional. His attention to detail to ensure your stay with them was paramount. He went above and beyond and a credit to the hotel chain.
The staff in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal were superb. A young Manager in Le Bistro was very engaging and welcoming, and the food was outstanding.
Recommended to stay at this hotel, don’t waste your time staying anywhere else in Baku. "
